Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Teller, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
License
Teller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Free and Pro Tiers
Teller is available in two tiers:
- Free: Local PDF parsing and basic categorization at no cost
- Pro: AI-powered categorization and advanced features for a monthly subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Use of the Software
Teller is provided as a tool to help you parse and analyze your bank statements. You agree to:
- Use the software only for lawful purposes
- Not use the software to process data you don't have rights to access
- Take responsibility for backing up your own data
- Not share your Pro account credentials with others
Disclaimer of Warranties
Teller is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The accuracy of transaction parsing and categorization depends on the format and quality of your bank statements.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Teller or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors in transaction parsing or data analysis.
Financial Advice Disclaimer
Teller is a data analysis tool and does not provide financial advice. The insights and categorizations provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial professional for any financial decisions.
Third-Party Services
If you enable optional AI features (Pro), your use of those features is subject to the terms and privacy policies of our AI providers. We recommend reviewing those policies before enabling AI features.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Teller after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
